Employee Administrative and Break Facility
The Challenge
Deli Brands of America required a dedicated administrative space that could also support employee needs with locker and break areas. The facility needed to accommodate both office staff and production employees, providing functional workspaces alongside comfortable areas for breaks and personal storage. In addition to administrative offices, the layout needed to include conference space, open office areas, restrooms, and a large break area with lockers and food service amenities, all within a 2,880 square foot footprint.
The Solution
A 2,880 square foot modular building was delivered to provide a fully integrated administrative and employee support facility. The floor plan includes private offices, open office work areas, and a centrally located conference room to support daily operations and team collaboration. Employee amenities were incorporated through a large break area and locker area designed to accommodate staff needs, along with vending and refrigeration spaces for food and beverage storage. The building also includes multiple restrooms and convenient access points throughout the layout to support efficient circulation. This modular solution provided Deli Brands of America with a well-organized administrative environment combined with dedicated employee support spaces within a single, efficient structure.
