SQP Construction has a short window of time, more work to complete and needs a lot of extra classroom space in Mullens, West Virginia. SQP Construction turned to Modular Genius (MGI) for a fast and reliable solution to this time and space problem.

Modular Genius has been awarded a 2,592 sq. ft. modular classroom project for SQP Construction delivering three new classroom buildings to their Mullens, West Virginia jobsite. MGI is confidently able to accept this project due to the available buildings in our fleet; making project a slam dunk.

Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.
