Modular Genius Supplied turnkey modular classrooms to St. Mary’s County School District
The Challenge
St. Mary’s County Public Schools needed additional classroom space at Chopticon High School, with construction limited to the short summer break. Traditional construction could have extended into the fall, potentially disrupting instruction. The district also needed a custom layout with eight classrooms and shared restroom space in one building.
The Solution
Modular Genius delivered an 8,316-square-foot modular classroom building with eight classrooms and a restroom, completing delivery and installation between academic terms. By coordinating off-site construction with site preparation, MGI helped the district add ready-to-use classroom space within a tight schedule while minimizing disruption to students and staff.
