Maine Turn-Key Modular Classroom Building

The Challenge

RSU 57 in Waterboro, Maine required additional classroom space on its high school campus to accommodate student population and improve campus functionality. The district needed a fast, efficient solution that could be delivered turn-key with minimal disruption to school operations. The new building also had to include restroom facilities and meet local building and fire safety codes.

The Solution

Modular Genius designed and built a 4,352 square foot modular classroom building for RSU 57, delivered as a complete turn-key solution. The structure includes four fully finished classrooms and multi-stall restrooms to support student and staff needs. To ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations, the project also featured a separate sprinkler pump house installed adjacent to the modular building. This modular solution provided a fast-tracked installation timeline, high-quality construction, and a seamless integration with the existing high school campus infrastructure.
