Modular Genius Awarded Modular Classroom Project for Berkeley County Schools

Modular Genius has been awarded a 21,540sq. ft. modular fire classroom project for
Berkeley County Schools in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The project includes 19 large classrooms, restrooms, and a cafeteria, with ADA platforms, ramps, and steps; which
gives the district a fast way to house students at their new middle school.

Berkeley County Schools chose modular construction to meet an emergency need
for the 2026-2027 school year after construction delays on their new middle school.
Completion is scheduled for the end of Q3 2026.
