AC&E Services, operating at the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant, required a flexible and efficient office solution to support their administrative needs. The facility needed to accommodate multiple staff members with a combination of private and open office areas while meeting ADA accessibility requirements. Given the active nature of the site, the client sought a modular office space that could be delivered and installed quickly with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

The Solution

A 1,440 sq. ft. modular office building was designed and delivered to meet AC&E Services’ specifications. The facility features four private offices, a spacious open office area for collaborative work, and two single-occupant restrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. ADA-compliant steps were installed to ensure accessibility. The modular structure was constructed to adhere to all relevant building codes, offering a durable and efficient workspace. This solution provided a fast and cost-effective response to the client’s needs, allowing AC&E Services to seamlessly integrate the new office space into their operations.
