A Task Order Contractor working at an US Navy Base was in need of administrative space to house personal for a period of 5 years. The modular space needed to be secure, without windows configured for offices and cubicles.
The Solution
Modular Genius provided (2) NEW 4,320 sq ft clear span modular buildings for the contractor. The buildings were built out to fit the customer’s specific interior floor plan. The project was completed in 90 days from award to occupancy.
