Government Renovation Swing Space

The Challenge
The US Naval Academy was renovating Nimitz Library and in need of temporary office space during the renovation. The site selected was near the water on the edge of the historic campus. The project was under a tight time constraints and needed to be completed with limited disturbance to the Academy.
The Solution
Modular Genius was selected by the Prime Contractor of this project to provide over 15,000 sqft of modular office buildings. Modular Genius leased the temporary buildings and furniture as well as connected the phone, data, fire alarms and electric. The location did not have sewer or water therefore Modular Genius brought in temporary water reservoirs and holding tanks for sewage.
