Energy-efficient LED lighting, a T-grid acoustic ceiling, and aluminum step, deck, and ramp systems provided enhanced functionality and ADA-compliant access. By leveraging offsite fabrication, the project minimized waste, reduced material and labor costs, and accelerated installation. The building was placed on an above-grade foundation, further streamlining site preparation and ensuring long-term durability.
