Modular Genius has been awarded a two story modular office building for Vulcan Materials at their Edsall Road Batch Plant in Springfield, VA. The multistory office space features an open floorplan with a kitchenette, a single occupant restroom, and storage space, totaling 1,728 sq.ft.
The modular building will be installed in Q1 of 2026.
