Modular Temporary Office Space

The Challenge
AC&E Services, a repeat client of Modular Genius, was embarking on a large scale upgrade and renovation project at their Mattawoman Waste Water Treatment Plant in La Plata, MD. They wanted to purchase the same temporary modular office building that they had ordered in the past from Modular Genius, and they wanted a new modular building.
The Solution
Modular Genius designed and built a 1,344 sq. ft. modular office building, working with the client to design the floor plan, building colors, and building finishes for the new building, including security screens on the windows and OSHA stairs for each entrance.
