The Challenge

A hospital was in need of daycare space but there was no room inside the building. There was a sloped piece of land on campus that the building could be constructed and connected to the main campus by corridor.

The Solution

Modular Genius constructed a foundation for the modular building on the hill and built to meet the specific needs per code. A 1,440 sq ft modular building was built, delivered and installed on site in approximately 90 days from contract to completion.
