The Challenge
An existing customer urgently required eight additional classrooms. They wanted a turnkey installation inclusive of permits, utility connections, ADA ramps and a new modular building.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. moved forward with permit drawings and expedited the permit service in the spring of 2018. The 8 section, 7,392 sqft modular classroom building was built off site, delivered, and installed during the summer. Students moved in and were able to attend class on time for the new school year.
