The Challenge
An industrial facility that has high activity was in need of an addition to one of their waste water treatment plants. The structure had to be built with minimal disturbance to the facility. The building materials had to be durable and able to withstand the climate and wear and tear from the employees.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. utilized off site construction to fulfill the challenge of speed to occupancy. A 306 sqft modular building was constructed and transported to the site. It was crane into position and connected to the existing building on site. The site disturbance was minimal and the final connections to utilities were completed in a matter of days.
