Modular Genius Awarded Office Complex at NOAA Beaufort Laboratory
Modular Genius has been awarded a contract for a modular office complex for NOAA Beaufort Laboratory on Pivers Island in Beaufort, North Carolina. The relocatable office building features multiple open office spaces, a meeting room, seven private offices, multistall men’s and women’s restrooms, storage space, and a break room with a kitchenette, totaling 6,468 square feet.
