New Story Schools needs additional classroom space to support its growing educational programs in Johnstown, Ohio. New Story decided that Modular Genius was the best solution for a fast, reliable way to expand classroom space.

Modular Genius has been awarded a 3,072 sq. ft. modular classroom project for New Story, delivering two new classroom buildings to their Johnstown campus. As a lease of new stock construction, the buildings are designed to give the school the flexible space it needs, without the wait of traditional building.

Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.
