Modular Genius Awarded The Mount Washington Permanent Modular Building Contract

Modular Genius has been awarded this two story, design build modular classroom complex at The Mount Washington School in Baltimore, Maryland. The 10,000 sq. ft. permanent modular building will feature wood-look phenolic panel rainscreen with storefront windows, and will be installed in Q2 of 2023. Rendering provided by Hord Coplan Macht.
