Renovation and Resale of Relocatable Modular Building
Modular Genius is hard at work completing a renovation of one of our in-fleet building modular office buildings for a client in Western PA. The 3,360 sq. ft. building lease was ending for a client in Washington DC and moved to it’s new location to serve Smouse Trailers & Snow Equipment’s new office. New exterior paint, reconfiguring the interior space, and new flooring to name some of the work that is being completed to make this portable office trailer a comfortable functioning office space for Smouse Trailer’s team.
