Modular Genius has been awarded a modular office project for CK Construction in
Columbus, Ohio. This new 1,440 sq. ft. office building gives CK Construction a faster
path to quality workspace, with the efficiency and minimal disruption that modular construction is built for.

The result is a practical, efficient office space that supports CK Construction’s
operations from day one. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.
