Modular Genius has been awarded a 5,772 sq. ft. modular fire station project for Richland County in Columbia, South Carolina. The project includes a bunk house with eight bedrooms, a dayroom, kitchen, and laundry room, along with a fire truck structure, giving the county a fast and cost-effective way to keep fire operations running.

Richland County chose modular construction for its speed and value.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
