Modular Genius Awarded Modular Classroom Project for Thomas C. McSwain Elementary School
Modular Genius has been awarded a modular classroom project for Staunton City Public Schools at Thomas C. McSwain Elementary School in Virginia. The project includes the delivery and installation of four modular classroom units totaling 5,124 square feet to support the school’s growing educational space needs.
The modular classrooms will feature integrated restroom facilities, heating and air conditioning systems, and an ADA-compliant access ramp to ensure accessibility and comfort for students and staff. By utilizing modular construction, Staunton City Public Schools will be able to quickly expand instructional capacity with a practical and efficient learning environment designed to support ongoing educational operations. Installation is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with project completion anticipated in August 2026.
