Modular Genius has been awarded a modular classroom building for Maryland Correctional Institution for Women in Jessup, MD. The modular classroom is to be used in partnership with an education program through Goucher College, and it features learning space, storage space, and a single occupant restroom, totaling 1,680 sq. ft. The modular building will be installed in Q3 of 2025.
