Modular Genius Awarded Modular Office Project for Krynnex Solutions

Modular Genius has been awarded a modular office project for Krynnex Solutions
in Memphis, Tennessee. The 1,216 sq. ft. single-story building will consist of
private offices, six built-in cubicles, a small kitchen, an IT closet, and a restroom in
one workspace.

Once complete, the Krynnex team will have a practical, move-in ready office
tailored to how they work day-to-day. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
