Modular Genius Awarded Modular Laboratory Project for JPC Group Inc.

Modular Genius has been awarded a 7,560 sq. ft. modular laboratory project for
JPC Group Inc in Blackwood, New Jersey. The project consists of three single-story
laboratory buildings that will serve the Philadelphia Water Department, each built
for daily lab use with durable epoxy flooring, full interior finishes, and installed lab equipment.

The buildings are outfitted with pad-mount, crane-set HVAC units and delivered on
a modular timeline that keeps disruption to the site low. Once complete, the Philadelphia Water Department will have three lab-ready buildings set for immediate use.
Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027.
