Modular Genius has been awarded a 1,440 sq. ft. modular building project for St Marys Cement in Charlevoix, Michigan. The building will support operational space needs at the company’s facility and is designed to provide a durable, efficient environment for day-to-day use.
By utilizing modular construction, the project will provide a streamlined approach to delivering high-quality space while supporting ongoing site operations with minimal disruption. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
