Modular Genius Awarded Modular Dormitory Project for Wilberforce University

Modular Genius has been awarded a modular dormitory project for Wilberforce University in Ohio. The project includes the delivery of eight used lease dormitory units totaling 4,608 square feet to support student housing needs on campus.

By utilizing modular construction, the university will be able to quickly expand residential capacity with a practical and efficient housing option designed to support campus operations and student life. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.
