Modular Genius has been awarded a contract for a modular laboratory building for NOAA Beaufort Laboratory on Pivers Island in Beaufort, North Carolina. The relocatable laboratory features multiple specialized lab spaces and two single occupant restrooms, totaling 3,480 square feet.
