Modular Genius Awarded Cecil County Animal Shelter Modular Cattery Contract

Modular Genius has been awarded a cat housing facility for Cecil County Animal Shelter in Chesapeake City, MD. The modular feline kennel facility will feature a reception room, two dedicated nursery rooms for adoptable cats, a trap and release room to support feral cat populations, a room for stray cats to wait to reunite with their owner, a free range room with an adjacent outdoor pad, a “Get Acquainted” room for cats to meet potential new families, a food prep area, a laundry room with a utility closet, a supplies room, and a single occupant restroom, totaling 2,940 sq. ft. This project will be completed by Q3 2026.
