Examples of Our Work
Here are a few case studies that illustrate some of the projects we’ve completed for our customers.
Offices and Administration
You can use a modular building for managing a construction site or other types of managerial offices, executive suites, real estate and sales offices, and much more. We have taken care of office jobs both big and small. We built a three-story R&D facility for a Pennsylvania healthcare operation that was 27,000 square feet, and we built a 3,500-square foot structure used as offices for Pennsylvania district judges.
In addition to the healthcare facility mentioned above, we’ve also provided structures for mobile first aid companies, addiction and detoxification centers, and a building that was used as a temporary hospital after a Category 5 hurricane roared through the Virgin Islands.
Modular Genius has provided dormitory buildings used as “man camps.” These buildings have provided temporary housing for minefield workers, oil field workers, firefighters and more.
Companies have also used our structures for so-called “glamping,” or luxury camping, facilities. They’ve served as guest cottages for people attending wilderness retreats as well as other types of vacationers. These buildings aren’t typically meant for “roughing it.” They’re outfitted with climate control and many other comforts. The U.S. Government contracted Modular Genius to manufacture several portable cabins used in Alaska’s Glacier Bay National Park.
Houses of Worship and Other Uses
Many different types of religious groups have relied on us for modular buildings used as places of worship and much more. These buildings have also served as administrative offices, classrooms, daycare facilities, counseling centers and much more.
We built a temporary library for Washington DC Public Libraries, a spa and fitness center for a country club in Boca Raton, FL, and a temporary conference room for the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA.
