The Challenge
A Maryland School District needed to find new classroom space in a quickly expanding high school. Moving the healthcare clinic to a stand alone modular building outside of the main school was a fast temporary solution, allowing the required space reconfiguration inside of the school.
The Solution
Modular Genius was able to build the modular healthcare facility to met their specific needs. A 1,440 sqft modular wellness center building was built, delivered, and installed on site in approximately 60 days from contract to completion.
