The Challenge
The Woodford Reserve Distillery, a liquor distillery Kentucky, was in need of small modular building to be used at a barrel transfer center. The modular building needed to be installed on top of a hill that would over look trucks traveling to and from the facility.
The Solution
Modular Genius, Inc. had a 480 sqft modular building constructed, delivered, and installed in 45 days from notice to proceed. The building was positioned on the hill by an off-road piece of equipment and placed over the foundation. The electric, plumbing and water was connected to the source brought to the building site. The building was skirted and a set of prefabricated aluminum steps was installed for egress.
