Large Modular Classroom Complex

The Challenge
A Maryland county school system was in need of a large modular classroom complex to accommodate a growing population in the region. The county planned to move students to this modular building until permanent school construction was completed. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install a modular classroom building to meet their needs.
The Solution
A ten classroom temporary modular building with student and teacher restrooms totaling 10,164 sq. ft. would provide the needed space to properly educate their students. Modular Genius provided turnkey modular construction services including site civil engineering, permitting, foundations, utility connections, bio retention pond, as well as the data and fire alarm connections. ADA aluminum decks & ramps per code were completed to ensure maintenance free access to the new modular classroom building.
