The Challenge
A leading U.S. aggregates and mining company needed to expand their office operations. The site for the future building had limited access and was off a main route on the plant property. Traditional construction was not a good option since it would impede on their daily production of material for a much longer duration than off site modular construction. Modular Genius was contacted to develop a solution.
The Solution
Modular Genius met with the client to inspect the site and designed a building and installation plan that would minimize the construction time on their property. A 2,880 sqft office with custom interior flooring and roof profile was approved by the client. Below grade foundations and prefabricated aluminum decks, steps and ramp were included. The modular building was installed quickly, allowing the customer’s mining operations to continue production without interruption. Upon completion, the client stated the building exceeded their expectations and was pleased with the solution Modular Genius implemented.
