The Challenge
A Government entity was in need of administrative space to house personal for a period of 1 year on a site that did not have electric or utilities nearby. The modular space needed to be set up in 60 days from award.
The Solution
Modular Genius provided (2) NEW 2,160 sq ft clear span modular buildings for the government. The buildings were built out to fit the customer’s specific interior floor plan. Modular Genius, Inc. provided waste and water holding tanks with a bi-weekly pumping service. Electrical main distribution panel and service was connected to a generator. Data lines in the interior were installed and the building was fully furnished.
