Administrative Modular Swing Space

The Challenge
This project was a GSA contract to provide two leased, complete, and usable temporary (swing-space) office buildings for relocation of US Navy employees, while their buildings are undergoing repairs and renovations. The two buildings were required to be fully furnished single story office spaces, approximately 4,320 square feet each.
The Solution
Modular Genius provided the two new modular buildings to the government within 120 days of notice to proceed. The buildings were fully furnished with workstations, appliances, tables and chairs. All of the utilities were brought to the site by a separate government contract, with final connection by Modular Genius, Inc.
