Modular Construction – The Basics
The process of modular construction is very simple. We manufacture modules at our factories, and then deliver them to a site, where we then assemble the modules. The vast majority – at least 90 percent – of the process takes place at one of the many manufacturing facilities we have across the country.
After the structure is built, we then transport it by truck to the installation site. This will give you an idea of just how strong your structure will be, since it will have to withstand extremely high winds during transport. Once it arrives, we then use a crane to take the modules off of the truck and affix them to the foundation we’ve already prepared.
You can purchase a single module, or you can buy multiple structures. We’ve provided some of our customers with one-story buildings, while others needed multi-story complexes.
