A active church was growing and in need of a Conference & fellowship hall. They decide the most expeditious way to add the space needed was to build modular.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built the 3,600 sq ft modular building. The construction and installation of the modular building was completed in 120 days from award to occupancy.

Portable Classroom Trailer
[CHALLENGE]
A growing church was in need of additional Sunday School Classroom space. The tight budget required them to consider all options. A temporary portable classroom trailer was selected as the solution.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius designed and built a 1,440 sq ft relocateable classroom. It had a central hallway which branch off to 2 large rooms. The large rooms could me divided even further with an accordion wall. Prefabricated Steps and Ramps were used to gain access.

Conference & Fellowship Hall - PA
[CHALLENGE]
A historic and prominent hotel was in need of additional modular swing space during a major construction project. There was limited room in the hotel during construction. A Modular Conference & fellowship hall had been decided the most expeditious way to add the space needed.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built the 1,440 sq ft modular building. It was situated near the hotel and constructed with similar and accenting features of the hotel. The construction and installation of the modular building with powder coated aluminum steps and ramps was complete in 60 days from award to occupancy.

Church Classroom Space
[CHALLENGE]
A local church in Mitchellville, Maryland needed some classroom space for their personal use. This classroom had very specific needs; blend in with the current facility, provide a large open area, and have an option to close off sections for smaller class sizes.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius designed and built a 924 square foot classroom for this customer. In order to provide the individual classrooms without distorting the option to have a wide open space, Modular Genius installed accordion walls. This allows the open area for large events, with the option to section off portions of the building for a more intimate classroom atmosphere.

Riversdale Historic Society - Riversdale, Maryland
[CHALLENGE]
Riversdale Historic Society was in need of a visitor's center for the Riversdale Mansion. The building had to be installed in a tight corner of the property and blend in with the surroundings.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius assisted in the design of the modular building and provided project management, delivery, and installation services inclusive of permitting, utility connection and site work.
