Family Medical Clinic
[CHALLENGE]
A County Hospital had interest to expand their services to small rural community in need of local healthcare. The Hospital had the land, doctors and staff and needed a fast modular building solution.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius worked with the Hospital to design and build the modular healthcare facility that met their specific needs and fit within the budget. A 2,100 Sq Ft modular building was built delivered and installed on site inclusive of all turnkey services in approx 90 days from contract to completion.

Modular Medical Center
[CHALLENGE]
A Regional Hospital needed to expand their services. They were required to move these specialty doctors and staff outside of the main hospital to an adjacent site on the campus.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius worked with the Hospital to design and build the modular healthcare facility that met their specific needs and fit within the budget. A 2,880 Sq Ft modular building was built delivered and installed on site in approx 60 days from contract to completion.

Modular Medical Eye Clinic - GA
[CHALLENGE]
The US Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Georgia was in need of additional space to expand their eye clinic. There was no more room inside the
hospital for the expansion. Modular Construction had been decided as the most expeditious way to expand the clinic.
[SOLUTION]
A Service disabled veteran contractor partnered with Modular Genius and built
the 2,880 sq ft modular addition. It was attached to the existing hospital. The
modular building was constructed with non-combustible materials. The hospital
walls were cut out for expansion so one could walk from the existing hospital into
the modular addition on the same floor without obstruction.

Community Healthcare Facility
[CHALLENGE]
A small rural community was in need of local healthcare and applied for a Federal Grant to support their vision of bringing healthcare close to home. The dream came true when the grant was approved. The facility had to be up and operational in a matter of months to comply with the Federal Grant.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius worked with the community to design and build the
heathcare facility that met their specific needs and fit within the budget of the grant. A 2,772 Sq Ft modular building was built delivered and installed on site in approx 60 days from time of contract

Sibley Memorial Hospital
[CHALLENGE]
Sibley Memorial Hospital was undergoing a major renovation which required the relocation of staff without interruption. The renovation involved the renewal of the surgeons locker room, offices and rest area. This area is required to be adjacent to the operating rooms on the third floor of the hospital.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 2,800 SF building that was placed on top of the third floor of the hospital. A steel superstructure was built on the roof to distribute the weight of the building. Once the building was craned and secured into place, site-built connecting links were constructed to allow access from the hospital to the new addition. All work took place while the hospital remained
