Modular Counseling Center Building
[CHALLENGE]
A county school was in need of new counseling center for at risk children. The project was design to be a modular building for easy of design and expedited delivery.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius constructed a 2,160 square foot modular classroom complex for the project. Modular Genius provided the customer engineering, foundations, decks, ramps, mechanical, plumbing, electric and communication connections. The project was complete in 120 days from award to occupancy.

Modular Classroom Complex
[CHALLENGE]
A county school district was renovating a school. The decision to move part of the school out into modular classrooms to expedite the renovation was made.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 10,296 sq ft modular classroom complex. The building had (12) classrooms, a central corridor down the center and boys and girls restrooms.

Modular Locker Room / Modular Classroom
[CHALLENGE]
A small private school was in need of (2) additional classrooms and a small locker room. They had a small piece of land which they needed to attached the modular to a board walk, and needed it completed over the summer months in order to be completed by the start of the school year.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this school, a 1,440 sq ft modular building. The portable classroom building installation was complete in 45 days from award to occupancy.

Swing Space Modular Classrooms
[CHALLENGE]
A county school was in need of renovating one of the oldest buildings in the system. This required a phased approach to move rooms out into Swing Space Modular Classrooms.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius constructed a 16,184 square foot modular classroom complex for the project. Modular Genius provided the customer engineering, foundations, decks, ramps, mechanical, plumbing, electric and communication connections. The project was complete in 90 days from award to occupancy.

Modular Classroom Complex

In order to efficiently complete the phased renovation required for an elementary school and the construction of a new middle school, a large modular classroom building was required. The site was tight with little lay down area for the construction and assemble of the modular school.

Modular Genius constructed a 13,056 square foot modular classroom complex. The size of the modular building required a fire wall be installed for life safety. The turn key services provided by Modular Genius for the project included engineering, permitting, foundations, mechanical, plumbing, electric and communication connections. The project was complete in 150 days from award to occupancy.

Learning Cottage
[CHALLENGE]
A Public School had a fire in one of their portable classrooms. The insurance adjuster settled the claim quickly and the school had to find a replacement fast.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 864 sq ft new in stock modular classroom to the school district. The learning cottage was delivered and installed in 14 days from award to occupancy.

Modular School - Baltimore MD
[CHALLENGE]
A public college-preparatory boarding school was in the middle of a transition
and renovation of an existing campus, but needed and immediate campus on another piece of property. This campus needed to contain everything a traditional school would have; library, cafeteria, science labs, classrooms, and administrative
offices.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this customer a 25,000 square foot modular campus.This
modular school included all the same amenities a traditional school would have.
Modular Genius also connected all the seperate buildings with traditional wood
decks/steps/and ramps.

Portable Classroom - Elkton, MD
[CHALLENGE]
A small private school was in need of additional classroom space. They had a small piece of land which they could build on, and needed it completed over the summer months in order to be completed by the start of the school year.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this school, a 1,440 sq ft modular building. The portable classroom building was installed with metal aluminum steps and ramps. The exterior was an esthetic compliment to the campus. The construction of the modular building and installation was complete in 45 days from award to occupancy.

Modular Classrooms - Frederick MD
[CHALLENGE]
A Middle School in Frederick County Maryland, was in need of not one but twelve additional classrooms. Due to the size of the new complex, along with the distance from the existing school, this complex would need to include restrooms.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this customer a 12,012 square foot modular classroom complex. It included twelve large classrooms, and restrooms located on one end with an emergency exit.

Baltimore City Classroom
[CHALLENGE]
An elementary school in Baltimore City was in need of some additional classrooms. The school needed the walk way to and from the schools to be covered, and semi enclosed due to the age group of the students that would be using it.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius not only provided this elementary school with the 6,468 square foot classroom building, but also an extensive deck and ramp that included a full walk way canopy that led right back to the main enterance to the school.

Baltimore City Classrooms
[CHALLENGE]
A Baltimore City school was in need of some additional classroom space. It needed to feel like a traditional classroom, in order to minimize and distractions to the students.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built a multi classroom, modular complex for this Baltimore school. The complex included all the traditional classroom necessities; white boards, chalk boards, cork boards, etc. The students felt right at home.

Colgate Elementary School
[CHALLENGE] Due to the constant change in demographics in Baltimore County
Maryland and, the county was required to add a classroom at Colgate Elementary
School in Baltimore Maryland.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius has a 3 year contract to provide modular classroom buildings
for sale or lease for the Baltimore County Cooperative. The Cooperative
consists of participating surrounding counties in the State of Maryland.
Upon notification, Modular Genius built and installed the modular classroom
for the upcoming school year.

Delaware State University - Business and Fitness Center
[CHALLENGE]
Delaware State University had to relocate their 5,000 square foot Fitness Center to make room for the construction of a new building. Relocation had to take place immediately following school commencement and be completed prior to school starting.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius dismantled and moved the 5,000 square foot facility including free weights, treadmills, and other fitness equipment to an off-site storage facility. The modular building was dismantled and relocated across campus and then installed. All of the equipment was moved back into the facility. The project was a complete turnkey inclusive of utility connection.

Deer Park Middle Magnet School
[CHALLENGE] In order to efficiently complete the renovation required for Deer Park Middle Magnet School, large sections of the building needed to be closed while construction took place. Baltimore County needed ten classrooms to accomodate the displaced students during the phased project.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 10,000 square foot modular classroom complex with 10 classrooms and a bathroom module for the duration of the renovation. The complex included lockers, shelving, markerboards, and tack boards. The building was installed in a two-week period.

Baltimore City Public Schools needed to convert an existing elementary school to a high school. The project required adding a 2,160 square foot locker room facility for the varsity athletics. The building had to be delivered and installed during the summer.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius, Inc. delivered and installed the 2,160 square foot facility in 45 days. Work consisted of permits, engineering, electric, plumbing, foundation and entrance means. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
