Modular Field Office Trailer
[CHALLENGE]
A Design and Engineering contractor was working on a large multi-year federal government project and in need of office space during the construction.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 4,320sq ft modular field office complex. The construction and installation of the modular building inclusive of sewer and water plus site built steps, decks and ramps. It was complete in 75 days from award to occupancy.

Modular Training Center
[CHALLENGE]
A power company had to relocate their existing power pole training offices and classrooms. They needed to move out and be up and operational in a short period of time for a seamless transition.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius installed a 2,880 sq ft modular training center for their new
facility. The fabrication and installation was complete in 60 days from award,
inclusive of prefabricated aluminum decks and ramps and accordion walls inside the
training rooms.

Modular Field Office Complex

A large city undergoing major sewer and water infrastructure upgrades was in need of a modular field office complex during the construction.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 5,040 sq ft modular field office complex. This modular building had 60’ steel clear span construction so that no interior columns would interfere with the work area. The construction and installation of the modular building inclusive of electrical connection, sewer and water connection, phone / data connection plus site built steps, decks and ramps was complete in 75 days from award to occupancy.

Conference & Fellowship Hall - PA
[CHALLENGE]
A historic and prominent hotel was in need of additional modular swing space during a major construction project. There was limited room in the hotel during construction. A Modular Conference & fellowship hall had been decided the most expeditious way to add the space needed.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built the 1,440 sq ft modular building. It was situated near the hotel and constructed with similar and accenting features of the hotel. The construction and installation of the modular building with powder coated aluminum steps and ramps was complete in 60 days from award to occupancy.

Field Office - Baltimore, MD
[CHALLENGE]
A general contractor was is need of a field office on site for a large construction project at a local hospital in Balitmore, Maryland. They needed the office large enough for all their personnel as well as contained in an organized work flow in order to accomplish as much in a work day as possible.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this customer a 11,520 square foot building along with a 4,200 square foot building office complex. The two buildings were split accordingly to enhance the contractors work flow, and utilize all the space provided.

In Plant Office - Baltimore, MD
[CHALLENGE]
A warehouse company located in Baltimore was in need of some internal office space, and quickly. They needed these offices to be flush to the existing floors, and provide visual access to the warehouse floor.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius designed and engineered an in plant office for this local business using modular partitions or walls. As seen these walls can include large vision panels and windows for management officials to keep an eye out on the floor, and watch for employee safety.

Training Office - Baltimore, MD
[CHALLENGE]
A local Baltimore electric company needed a new training and education center. It needed to be resurrected as quickly as possible in order to train new employees as soon as possible.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built a 24' x 36' (864 square feet) modular building for this Baltimore customer in 60 days. This building included the 'classroom', a tile finished restroom, and a finished ADA wood ramp.

Health Business Office
[CHALLENGE]
A local business in Cumberland, MD was in need of office space for their growing staff. The overall goal was to create this space as quickly and efficiently as possible, with minimal construction delays.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius assisted in the design and creation of a 3,600 square foot (60' x 60') modular facility, to accomodate this customers needs. This project was constructed, delivered, and installed in approximately 60 days from award.

Leasing Office & Fitness Center
[CHALLENGE]
A local apartment / condo development was in need of office space, a fitness center for their community, along with an accesible business center for their members. However, the new facility had to be very eye catching.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius, not only could deliver exactly what the customer was looking for, but exceeded all modular standards. A beautiful 1,248 square foot leasing and fitness center was built in 60 days from permit to completion.

'L' Shaped Business Office
[CHALLENGE]
A local collections facility in Baltimore was in need of additional office space that could be located at their exisiting facility. However, the exisiting site did no leave a lot of space for a traditional square/boxed building.
SOLUTION]
Modular Genius assisted in the design of the moduar, creating it in a 'L' shape in order to fit the building in the given space. Modular Genius also provided project management, delivery and installation services.

Business Office
[CHALLENGE]
A local industrial manufacture needed permanent office space at their new location in Richmond Virginia. They needed to relocate their staff as soon as possible so that
that they did not have to extend their current lease. Modular construction was an
ideal type of construction that would produce a permanent appearance while reducing the timeline for site construction and the permit process.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius worked with the customer and the General Contractor to meet the
client’s expectations. A crawl space foundation was constructed to place the modules as close to the ground as possible. Once the buildings were craned into place an EFIS exterior was applied to conceal themate-lines and

Sibley Memorial Hospital
[CHALLENGE]
Sibley Memorial Hospital was undergoing a major renovation which required the relocation of staff without interruption. The renovation involved the renewal of the surgeons locker room, offices and rest area. This area is required to be adjacent to the operating rooms on the third floor of the hospital.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 2,800 SF building that was placed on top of the third floor of the hospital. A steel superstructure was built on the roof to distribute the weight of the building. Once the building was craned and secured into place, site-built connecting links were constructed to allow access from the hospital to the new addition. All work took place while the hospital remained

Valet Parking Office, Reagan National Airport, DC
[CHALLENGE]
Reagan National Airport is constantly faced with over-crowded parking. The conversion of an existing lot into a valet parking lot was needed to help relieve the strain. Construction had to take place during the weekend so it did not interfere with the traffic during the regular work week.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius manufactured, delivered, and installed the 2,440 square foot modular office building in 30 days from time of contract. The building functions as an office for the staff and a waiting room for the customers as they wait for their cars to be retrieved from the valet.

US Coast Guard Headquarters, DC
[CHALLENGE]
Creating the largest construction job
since the Pentagon in 1940 the Federal
Government is renovating and expanding
upon former St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.
This 4.5 million sq ft campus will house
the Headquarters for the US Department
of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard
and 22 other agencies. During the construction
of this mini city workers needed
to be housed in modular buildings.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius was selected by the
Prime Contractor and the Construction
Manager of this project to provide over
23,000 sq ft of modular office buildings.
What was so unique about the accomplishment
is that was completed on
time, on budget and occurred during the
blizzard of 2009-2010 with a record snow

US Naval Academy, Maryland
[CHALLENGE]
The US Naval Academy was renovating
Nimitz Library and in need of temporary
office space during the renovation.The
site selected was near the water on the
edge of the historic campus.The project
was under a tight time constraints and
needed to be completed with limited
disturbance to the Academy.

Delmar Weigh Station, Delmar, MD.
[CHALLENGE]
The Maryland State Highway Administration needed to replace the weigh station in Delmar, MD. The buildings had to be custom built to meet the specific need of a scale house.
[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 1,056 square foot building. The project was completed in 90 days.
