Modular Guard House
[CHALLENGE] Baltimore City required a climatecontrolled area that could overlook the city’s vehicle impound lot. The elevated area would allow the guards to monitor
the grounds at one time instead of patrolling the area.
[SOLUTION] Modular Genius was contracted to construct a guard house that was placed on top of a site built steel structure. The steel structure was designed,
engineered and installed by Modular Genius.
