LEED for Schools Resource Library

The LEED for Schools Rating System recognizes the unique nature of the design and construction of K-12 schools. Based on the LEED for New Construction rating system, it address issues such as classroom acoustics, master planning, mold prevention and environmental site assessment. LEED for Schools provides a unique, conprehensive tool for schools that wish to build green, with measurable results.


THE NEW EAC1 TWO POINT MANDATORY MINIMUM	All LEED for Schools projects are required to achieve this.
2007 RATING SYSTEM	The Rating System lists the intent, requirements, submittals and technologies/strategies for each credit.
ERRATA SHEET	Project teams are subject to errata requirements based on registration dates

SCHOOL FOR SUBSTITUTION	If you wish to substitute LEED for New Construction with LEED for Schools credits in the certification application.
